This book presents the procedures of the 26th Poultry Science Symposium held in Peebles, Scotland, and is partitioned into five sections. Section 1 covers the current and future inventory of feedstuffs, where political, agronomic and financial components are examined. The second and third parts, separately, manage the subjective and quantitative parts of the wholesome parts of feedstuffs, while the fourth thinks about a portion of the more significant components, which are seen to impact nutritive worth like non-starch polysaccharides, auxiliary plant metabolites and preparing among others. The fifth part is worried about dietary compounds like carbohydrases, lipases, α-galactosidase and phytase.
